DESIGN/BUILD

Design is the most important step in the construction process, at Tice Construction we take pride in the fact that our design process is enjoyable for our customers and creates living space that is comfortable and architecturally pleasing. Our designers take a great deal of care in developing design concepts that serve our clients needs for traffic flow and space utilization as well as their desire for carefree, low maintenance living and entertaining. PROCESS

Whether or not you have previous experience with building a new custom home or undertaking a remodeling project, you’ll want to understand the design and construction process clearly and up front, for whomever you choose to design and or build your project.

With custom building every project is unique and every builder has a different process. It’s important that the builder has an established system to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed by method rather than memory. Our process from first contact to closing is well documented, tried and true, thorough, timely and gives our customers an enjoyable building experience.
